2. Hosting and infrastructure
This website and all associated services are operated exclusively on servers located in Germany. No personal data is transferred to servers outside the European Union.
3. Data collected automatically
When you visit this website, the following data is stored automatically by the web server: IP address, date and time of access, URL visited, browser type and operating system. This data is used solely for secure operation and is deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Appointment booking via Calendly
For online booking we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). When using the booking widget, data (name, email, appointment) is transmitted to Calendly according to their own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
6. Payment processing via Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland). During checkout, your name, email, address and payment data are transmitted to Stripe. Stripe acts as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. For details, see stripe.com/privacy. This website uses only technically necessary session cookies (PHP session), which are deleted automatically when you close your browser. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website does not use any external analytics or tracking services (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar). Internal anonymised data (e.g. which page variant was displayed) is stored exclusively on our German servers and is never shared with third parties.
