As soon as a test fails, you receive an alert email with the precise details of which step failed. You can choose between two modes:

Alert until resolved: you receive a single alert per incident. As long as the issue persists, no spam. As soon as the test passes again, you get a "resolved" notification. Perfect for avoiding email overload.

Alert on every error: an email on each failed execution, for cases when you want real-time tracking.

Alerte+ and Alerte Custom plans also support Slack and Webhook alerts.
Yes. Scripts capture screenshots at each critical step. They're stored on secure servers in Germany and accessible directly from the Cockpit via clickable links in the test results. You see exactly what the browser saw at the time of the test.
Yes. On the 1st of each month, you receive a comprehensive email report with the overall success rate, per-task details, last 30 days history, and a summary of alerts sent and resolved.
Yes. From the Cockpit, you can pause and resume each task individually — for example during a planned maintenance window on your site.
Retention is configurable: 30 days, 1 year, or forever. Storage is unlimited and included in all plans.
Absolutely. All VerifyBot infrastructure is hosted exclusively in Germany (Frankfurt region). No data ever leaves European territory. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included on all plans, because your clients may require it and we believe it should be standard.

VerifyBot tests these integrations exactly as a visitor would: it opens your page, waits for the widget to load, interacts with it, and verifies that it responds correctly. If your third-party provider goes down, you know before your customers do.

Technical issues and bug fixes are not counted against these quotas — they're handled on an unlimited basis depending on our team's availability.
No. Tests run from our servers, like a normal visitor. They generate negligible traffic (a few visits per hour). No script is installed on your site.
Yes. Each execution shows a structured step-by-step log: test name, action performed, result, timestamp. On failure, the log shows precisely which step failed and why, with a screenshot of the browser state at that moment.
The system works with one account per client, each with its own Cockpit and scripts. As an agency, you can manage all your clients' accounts from a dedicated administrator access.

Yes. Users with a "client" role only see their dashboard, test history, results and alerts. They have no access to technical configuration, script management, or admin settings. You keep full control.
Good question. Our infrastructure is monitored by an independent external healthcheck system that alerts us if the monitoring service stops responding. Additionally, the automatic monthly reports serve as a "heartbeat": if you stop receiving your report, something is wrong on our end and we're already on it.
